VOLLEYBALL VOLUNTEERING SIGN UP
REGISTRATION IS OPEN FOR THE 2025/2026 ATHLETICS SEASON
REGISTRATION STEPS
Fill out the registration form.
Turn in the required medical form to the registration coordinator.
Pay the participation fee.
Provide a volunteer deposit check or cash to the registration coordinator (volleyball and basketball only)
Provide a transfer waiver (students transferring in from other area Catholic schools only)
STEP 1: SIGN UP FOR SPORTS
Fill out the form HERE to sign up for any or all sports you would like to register for.
The form includes required medical and sportsmanship acknowledgements.
If you are signing up for multiple sports you can do it all at once. If you want to come back and sign up later for other sports you can do that too.
STEP 2: TURN IN THE REQUIRED MEDICAL FORM
The medical form can be found HERE. Once it is turned in it is good for two years.
STEP 3: PAY THE PARTICIPATION FEE
The participation fee can be paid online HERE or by check or cash.
Make checks payable to "St. Joe's Athletic Association" and drop off at the parish or school office with the attention of Annie Olivares.
Volleyball and basketball fees: $125
Track and softball fees: $50
Family maximum: $350
Financial aid is available upon request. Indicate request in step 1.
If paying a reduced rate or a balance of the family maximum online select the family max balance and type in the required fee.
STEP 4 (VOLLEYBALL AND BASKETBALL ONLY): TURN IN THE REQUIRED VOLUNTEER DEPOSIT
Turn in a check (preferred) or cash to the registration coordinator in the amount of $150 PRIOR to the volleyball or basketball season. This is in addition to the participation fee. This fee is fully refundable which is why we prefer check. Online is not an option.
One check is required per family per sport.
Separate checks are required for basketball and volleyball.
Checks will not be returned and will be deposited if the volunteer obligation is not met.
If you have a child in both volleyball and basketball and fulfill your volleyball volunteer obligation, that deposit will be transferred and apply to basketball season.
STEP 5 (INCOMING TRANSFERS ONLY): TURN IN THE REQUIRED TRANSFER WAIVER
The waiver needs to be signed by your former school officials. It can be located HERE.
